Uh...made a boo boo, today.  Slid into a curb at around 15~20mph and ended up in the grass.  Alignment is off, now.  Tire is slowly leaking air, I believe...  May have bent the axle or something.  Surprisingly, the rims are perfect.  I scraped the bottom of my driver side front bumper a bit.  Nothing horrible, but still noticable.

My car was near perfect until this happened.  ) :  Thought my day was going really well.  Guess I was wrong.

Hey, again, long time no see.  Learned that people actually do read this, so I shall continue to update it.

-Tricking is progressing.  Can land gainers, and an occasional butterfly twist.  Need to work on that and gainer-flashes.

-The bike is coming along slowly, but moving along, at least.  Purchased the necessary parts for the bike and have been putting it back together in my garage.  From when I got it back from Nick, have slid the cylinders on to the pistons, have drained the fuel tank of the stale 1yr old fuel, found out that my low fuel sensor snapped off, so will have to get a new one in the future, attempted to drill out the header bolt that had its head ripped off, but to no avail.  Will simply JBweld that spot when the time comes.  Slid the cylinder head in place and just now bolted it down to correct torque specs.  Next thing to do is manually crank the pistons to bring them to a neutral position so we can install the cams and time them correctly.  Still have that, installing the carbs, headers, midpipe, exhaust can, fuel tank and lastly the fairings to do.  Midpipe was lost during Nick's repair period...so ordered a new one.  Out of stock, but should arrive in January-ish.

-Whole Foods is still pretty kewl.  A couple issues here and there, but nothing horrible.

-Hair is still growing.  Bangs about 1/2" below my eyes, now.  It's getting there...

-Knee injury was taken care of by myself and a syringe...and am tricking again...but small remainder of the injury still exists.  Will eventually get it looked at by a doctor.

-Some time ago, the passenger side rear door was smacked HARD by someone else's door at Whole Foods.  Don't know who did it...so have to repair it out of my own pocket.  I really hate people who damage stuff and run away.

-Current plan is to save up money over the next year to a year and a half and purchase a small starter home (around 100k) and pay off the mortgage as if it were rent.  Will rent out a room to a friend for 2/5 of the mortgage payment, as the house will be under my name, so I might as well pay more.  Waiting this period of time due to wanting to purchase my car, first.  This way, no major changes in my financial status will occur during having to make house payments.

That's about all I can think of for now...  Feel free to check out http://www.myspace.com/ryu_kenosuke for current and old pics of me if you get bored.

P.S. - I have a myspace music profile that I upload different songs to of my own recording.  Check it out at http://www.myspace.com/kennosukevernon

Been ages...hasn't it?

Greetings...to whomever still reads this.  I shall update on what's been going on as of late.

- I now work at Whole Foods Market as a cashier.  The people there are great, the guests are fun, and it pays fairly well.

- My bike is still dead, but progress has been made.  Learned that she had 95% compression loss out of the exhaust.  Diagnosis suggested that the valves and piston rings needed to be replaced.  I had a friend of mine do the work for me, so now the engine has new valves and piston rings.  New problem, though.  I forgot to get a compression gasket that sits between the cylinder head and cylinders.  This caused my buddy to have to use a spray on silicon gasket...but it was too thick, causing the timing chain to be too short.  I decided that I'll just get the gasket that is needed...but due to a lack of funds, it's going to be a little while before I get what I need.  Estimated ETA on the bike's revival is 1 month.

- Halo 3 sucks...it's like Halo 2...nothing really new, no new innovations, isn't graphically stunning (looks like Halo 2), story sucked...multiplayer boring after 2 hours...beat the campaign on Heroic mode in 8~9 hours...not worth getting a 360 for...so I'll stick with my PS3.

- Still a bachelor.

- Hair is short, but am growing it out...yet again.

- Have grown an interest in a sport called Tricking.  Tricking is a mixture of martial arts and acrobatics.  My teacher/team leader says I have an uncanny ability to pick up tricks quicker than anyone he's ever seen.  We'll see where this leads.

- Due to tricking, an old injury, knee effusion, re-surfaced, but just today I took care of it...so should begin to heal up.

- Sang System of a Down's "Chop Suey" at a karaoke bar, and got a standing applause.  Then sang Queen's "Mr. Roboto" and people took my picture.  Lol.  I need them to get the song "Turning Japanese" by The Vapors.

- I recorded a new song called "Let's Go."  Before I released it for public listening, I remixed it...the remixed version can be heard at http://www.myspace.com/kennosukevernon .  "Lost Love of Life Ver. 2" can also be heard there...and for those who like the music more than my singing, "Let's Go remix" has an instrumental version up for listening, as well.

That's all that comes to mind.  Not much has happened in the past few months.  Look back here for future updates.

Quick update.

New song - "Lost Love of Life (Ver. 2)"

To the few people who have heard the original, I simply took the lyrics and applied them to a new tune that sounds better.  Hope you enjoy it.

Jeana...if you still read Xanga, I still remember your words of support when you heard my first recording of me singing (the original version of this song).  Thank you very much.

Quick update to things.  It's been a while...hmm...3 months since my last update.  Oh well.  I'll just whip out the pointers...and maybe go into detail at a later time.

- Quit my job at GE.

- Had nervous breakdown and feared I would hurt someone.

- Repairng my bike, who will get a new name once I get her repainted.  Soon to be reborn from the ashes of Shiva to the new Megamikaze (Goddess of Wind).  Will have a new paint job, eventually.  Pure white with the Japanese Kamikaze flag on both sides.  I plan to use flatlite EL sheets to make the red designs for the flag.  That way, at night, I can light them up.  Hopefully it'll work out.

- Considering moving to Vancouver, WA if I find a job out there, or in Portland, OR.

- Planning to go to Akon as "Modern Ninja" one day, and "Japanese Biker Keyboardist" another day.  I'll simply be wearing my bike jacket and helmet while carrying around my keyboard, stand and stool.  This way, I can randomly plop down anywhere, play some tunes, and pack up and go somewhere else.  I was kicked off of the pianos at the convention center and hotel too many times, last year.  (8 times).  The helmet/bike jacket is just to keep my identity a secret from everyone, as mystery is fun.  ^-^

- Still lone bachelor.  Would like a girlfriend, but losing self-confidence.  Plus...I'm way too damn picky.  Lol

- IPPAI no anime ga arimasu!!!  "I have TONS of anime."  Been borrowing and copying all of Jon's 500GB + 200+ DVDs of anime.  Once I finish with all of that, then I'll start copying Kris's stuff.  Woot.

That's about it, for now.

©Kenno§uke - Osashiburi, ne?  Hmm, yappari.  Ima wa honto ni samushi desu.  Soushite, ureshikunai.  Hmmm...
